Introduction to the User Agreement:

 Article One - Introduction and Definitions: 

 The above preamble is considered an integral part of this agreement. You will also find below the meanings and definitions of the main phrases used in this agreement:

1. (Shop) This phrase means (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), and this definition includes all forms of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.

2. (User) This phrase means every consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.

3. (Agreement) This phrase means the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two - User's legal capacity: 

1. The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity to deal with the store, or that he is at least eighteen years old.

2. The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before others.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations: 

Once you apply to join (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) membership as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and secret password to use when accessing (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) services. You have thus agreed to:

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the confidentiality of the password, and you agree to notify (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) or any other breach of your confidential information. 

2. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) will not, under any circumstances, be responsible for any loss that may befall you directly or indirectly, morally or financially, as a result of revealing your username or login information.

3. You are committed to using your account or membership with (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and if someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and for your account.

4. When using (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), you are committed to using it with all seriousness and credibility.

5. You are committed to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration with (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) and you are committed to updating your data if it changes in reality or in the event of the need to do so.

6. Shefaa Al-Dawaa is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.

7. If it becomes clear to (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) that you have disclosed information that is not true, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what is stated in the User Agreement, (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) has the right to stop, freeze, or cancel your membership or Your store and your account on the platform, without harming the rights of other Shefaa Al-Dawaa companies and their legitimate means of recovering their rights and protecting other users.

8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) management has the right to stop or cancel your store or membership, or block you from accessing (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) services again.

Article Six - Electronic communications and official means of communication:

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication takes place via the email registered on the platform.

2. The user agrees that all agreements, declarations, data and other communications provided to him electronically substitute their written counterparts, and are a stand-alone argument, in meeting legal and legal needs.

3. The user agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any provisions pertaining to this agreement or relating to dealing with him through the (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) administration broadcasting general messages received to all users or to specific users of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa).

Article Seven - Amendments to the Terms of Use and Fees: 

1. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) may notify you of any amendment to this agreement according to the official means of communication under this agreement, according to which your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this agreement.

2. In the event of objection to any amendment to the Terms of Use, (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) or your use of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) is considered your acceptance of the amendments and your complete and complete approval free of ignorance, and you accept (Healing Medicine) Discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.

4. Shefaa Al-Dawaa may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

5. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses in accordance with the articles, terms and provisions of the user agreement, to any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and payment services for stores in (Shefaa Al-Dawaa): 

1. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) provides, through its partners, a payment system in (Shefaa Al-Dawaa). It can be done entirely online through the payment options available on (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) or through any payment method provided by (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) from time to time.

2. Shefaa Al-Dawaa is committed to setting the price of the service or product that it displays in its store according to the generally accepted market value.

3. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) is committed to providing invoices, receipts and receipts for all amounts and profits that arise in its store, and is committed to giving the user the invoice for his purchase of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) service or product.

4. Shefaa Al-Dawaa is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its online store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and due to the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests of this organization.

Article 9 - Your personal information and transaction details information:

1. The user acknowledges that he grants (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, and licensed right to use information or personal materials or otherwise provided by the (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) platform or announced on the platform through Your joining or use of it, through the designated forms for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is with the aim of achieving any of the interests that the platform sees.

2. The provisions for the confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information” of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), and the provisions contained in this agreement related to the confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

1. The intellectual property rights of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) are fully owned by (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), whether owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), including (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) itself, and the words, logos and other symbols related to (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) or displayed on (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), as (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), And every right associated with (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) is a complete intellectual property rights owned by (Shefaa Al-Dawaa).

Article Eleven - Responsibility (curing medicine):

2.    (Shefaa Al-Dawa) does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, or accidentally, or by the user, or by a third party such as shipping companies. 

3. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa), its employees, owners, and those who represent them are committed to ensuring that (the product or service) is sound, legal, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

1. (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) takes (tangible, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized persons from accessing and storing users’ personal information.

2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% through (Shefaa Al-Dawaa).

3.   (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) has no control over the actions of any third party, or third parties, such as other internet pages linked through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.

4. You know and agree that (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) may use your information that you provided to it, with the aim of providing services to you at (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) and to send you marketing messages, and that privacy in (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) controls the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identification information. Information confidentiality rules are subject to Shefaa Al-Dawaa’s “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy.”

Article Thirteen - Restricting Access or Membership:

(Shefaa Al-Dawaa) may suspend or cancel the user’s membership or restrict the user’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Fourteen - Replacement Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he is not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2. In order to replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. Shefaa Al-Dawaa has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer has no right to replace the product in the following cases:

· If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

· If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.

· If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

· If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

 

Article Fifteen - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him by (Shefaa Al-Dawa) within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to that product after the seven days have passed.

2. To return a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. Shefaa Al-Dawaa has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:

· If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

· If the product is video tapes, CDs, CDs, or information programs that have been used.

· If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or anything else considered literature.

· If a defect appears in the product due to consumer misuse.

· If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

· If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

4. If the provisions of the aforementioned return policy are met; The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product to (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) with a refund of the amount paid.

 

Article Sixteen - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 

Article Seventeen - General Provisions: 

· In the event that any contained material or clause contained in this Terms of Use is cancelled, or if there is any contained material or any clause contained in the Terms of Use that is no longer effective, such an order does not annull the validity of the remaining materials, terms and provisions contained in the Terms of Use and they remain in effect until notice. 3. The promotional or marketing offers that (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) may place are temporary offers, as (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations and applicable laws related to the nature of the dealing between (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) and the user.

5. This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the (Shefaa Al-Dawaa) administration.
