Exchange and return policy

• If you are not satisfied with the product or if there is a defect in the product, you can return or exchange the product within (7) days from the date you received the product.
• If the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount plus delivery fees will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7-14 business days.
• If the cancellation is made after the order has been shipped or sent, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to match the time your order was shipped to the time you submitted your cancellation request.
• The purchase invoice is necessary to provide the return and exchange service.

Shefaa Al Dawaa Company reserves the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons:

•  If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong, the contact information is wrong, or if the customer is unable to reach him.
•   The customer/customer does not show up or is late in receiving the order for more than 7 working days.
