How and when will I receive my refunds?
Refunds follow the store’s return and cancellation policy. Once the store processes your request, Tabby will handle your refund.
Here’s what to expect:
- If the refund amount is less than your remaining installments, your payment schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
- If the refund amount is more than your remaining installments, the remaining payments will be canceled, and the balance will be refunded to you.
Refund Timeline:
- In Saudi Arabia and the UAE, refunds are returned to the original card used within 10 days (or 21 days for Mada cards).
- In Kuwait and Bahrain, refunds are returned to your Tabby Wallet, which you can use for future purchases.
